Alert Level Deliveries & Pickups

Please see update below by region as we have different regions operating under different Alert Levels and have different restrictions and guidelines in place.
Auckland – Alert Level 3
We are doing contactless deliveries and Pickups from Our National Distribution Centre. When your order is ready for delivery or pickup Distribution Centre will call you and provide you the instructions required for pickup or delivery. Manukau and Westgate Store will remain closed under Level 3.
Lower Hutt - Porirua – Palmerston North – Hamilton ARE OPEN
Above Regional Stores are open under Alert Level 2 under government guidelines.
Pick up Instructions:
Please do not go to Store or Distribution center without making a contact with store, your local store will provide you day and time of your pick up in advance. Please make note all pickups with be absolutely contact less our team will keep goods outside store for you to pick they will not be able to assist with loading or securing goods please make sure you come prepared and have someone with you to load goods as most of the items can be 2 men lift under health and safety regulations. Lifestyle Furniture will not bear any claim under any damage during loading, transportation.
Delivery Instructions:
All deliveries will be done by giving prior notice driver will call you before delivery.
As this is difficult time for all of us and we understand the inconvenience we all are going through but we have to follow the guidelines and come out of this situation. For us safety of our staff and customers is paramount and we will be operating under guidelines provided by Ministry of Business. Our staff will be working under strict guidelines and some of the situations will not be in their control we will appreciate your understanding in these difficult times.
If government make any changes to the Alert Levels, we will follow guidelines and changes will be made accordingly no claims can be made if situation is beyond the control of Lifestyle Furniture.
