Policy of Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation

To make a claim, please provide an original copy of the invoice.


  • Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind or if your circumstances have changed or the goods purchased are too big/ or too small for your premises.
  • Refunds cannot be issued in our Lifestyle Furniture physical stores. All approved refunds will be directly credited in the bank account provided. To make a refund, if needed, we will need your invoice, and your bank account details. Depending on the banks you transact for, refund is credit back to your nominated bank account in 7-10 working days. We do not allow cash refunds.
  • Costs of delivery, assembly, and delivery upstairs (if applicable) for the purchased goods are non-refundable. If any other charges like long terms finance fee etc. will be non-refundable.
  • Mattresses and mattress protectors are not eligible for refund or for an exchange even if they are unopened due to hygienic purposes.


Exchange/ Cancellation

  • Requests made for the cancellation of products after purchase will incur a restocking fee of 20% and Lifestyle Furniture credit note will be issued for the balance amount which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in any Lifestyle Furniture outlet. Credit notes are not redeemable in cash.
  • For cancellation with above conditions will only apply to products which are in original packaging.
  • Mattresses are not eligible for refund or for an exchange even if it is unopened due to hygienic purposes.
  • All made to order / New Zealand made products are not eligible for exchange or refund. In cases where only a partial amount has been paid as deposit this deposit will be non-refundable.
